In Accounting Information Column its Mandatory to mention 16 Digit Unique Identification number : AAHCA9549ECNDEL4
Ensure GROSS WT and CHARGEABLE WT of MAWB and HAWB shall be the same. That means If MAWB is showing Gross wt as 1500 kgs and Chargeable wt as 1765 kgs than HAWB or sum total of all HAWB's shall also come to Gross wt as 1500 kgs and Chargeable wt as 1765 kgs
Ensure proper MARKING and LABELLING of MAWB and HAWB is done on each and every Carton/Pallet/Package is done. If marking is missing on the packages the amendment charges are approx usd 25 to usd 150 depending on the weight and no. of packages of the shipment.
The Complete set of Pre alert containing a copy of MAWB, HAWB, Cargo Manifest and Shipper Invoice/Packing list shall be sent to us atleast 24 hrs prior to the landing of the Flight at DEL Airport. Else we would land up paying Penalty starting from USD 100 to USD 250 per HAWB.
The Pre alert shall be marked a copy to Sunila@anilmantra.com and ops@anilmantra.com
The consol shall consist minimum of 3 copies of the Original HAWB including the Original Consignee copy

If Charges Collect Shipment , ensure you send us the COLLECT AMOUNT INVOICE along with the PRE ALERT.

Instructions for SEA FREIGHT Import shipments to INDIA (All Seaports)

Ensure GROSS WT and NET WT of MBL and HBL shall be the same. That means If MBL is showing Gross wt as 1500 kgs and Net wt as 1405 kgs than HBL or sum total of all HBL's shall also come to Gross wt as 1500 kgs and Chargeable wt as 1405 kgs
The Complete set of Pre alert containing a copy of MBL, HBL, Cargo Manifest and Shipper Invoice/Packing list shall be sent to us atleast 7 days prior to the berthing of the vessel on the seaport. Else we would land up paying Penalty starting from USD 100 to USD 250 per HBL.
If the cargo is destined for a ICD than the Port of Discharge shall be mentioned as the SEAPORT NAME and the Final Place of Delivery shall be mentioned as that ICD. E.g for ICD DELHI. Port of discharge could be MUNDRA or NHAVA SHEVA or any other port as per shipping line and the Final Place of Delivery would be ICD NEW DELHI or ICD, TUGHLAKABAD NEW DELHI.
